061: Tom Reardon - co-founder, People Infrastructure
After starting life in Papua New Guinea & growing up in various parts of Queensland, Australia, Tom Reardon has created and impressive career in the people management and labour hire industry.
Following 20 years at AWX, Tom co-founded People Infrastructure, which he has helped grow into one of the leading labour hire and workforce management groups in Australia.
Today, Tom leads a large and growing team, 350 permanent team members and approx 10,000 contractors operating across Australia, NZ and Asia.
Tom is a people person and a big believer in the importance of building a strong and empowered team.
In the interview, he shares many insights and experiences around how he and his team have learned, grown and progressed along their journey.
